How do I locate the version number of Collector for ArcGIS?

Answer

Locating the version number for Esri software can be useful for a number of reasons, whether it is to self-diagnose issues, posting on the Esri community forum, or to allow Esri Support Services to effectively diagnose issues. To locate the version number of the Collector for ArcGIS in Android or iOS devices, use one of the following workflows:

For Android
  1. Locate the Collector for ArcGIS icon on the application dock and launch the application.
  2. Click the Profile icon on the top right of the display, as indicated in the screenshot below.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile window and click About Collector.

  1. Locate the version number of the product in the About Collector window. The version in the following image is 20.2.0.

For iOS
  1. Locate the Collector for ArcGIS icon on the application dock and launch the application.
  2. Click the Profile icon on the top left of the display as indicated in the screenshot below.
