Can reports be generated using the Web AppBuilder Report Feature widget in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x?

No, it is not possible to generate a report using the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Report Feature widget in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x. While the widget may still appear in the interface and be selectable, it cannot be fully configured to generate reports.
