Export data from Survey123 with Labels instead of Names

Summary

When exporting the records of the survey form from the Survey123 website (data tab) in Excel format, it contains the values mentioned under the Name columns for the 'Single select' question type, not the values set under the Labels. 

Procedure

The behavior is by default, when exporting the feature layer from ArcGIS Enterprise to any format, it contains the domain values and not the domain descriptions. 

To overcome this challenge, follow these steps:

1. Add the underlying feature layer of the survey form to a map in ArcGIS Pro.
2. Export the feature layer as a table from the Contents pane with the checkbox Transfer field domain descriptions selected.
3. Use the Table to Excel tool to change the format of the geodatabase table to Excel.
