Error Message

When logging in to ArcGIS Online, the following message is returned:

Your organization is in a restricted state. All members are currently unable to perform actions that require credits.

Cause

The credit balance associated with the ArcGIS Online account is zero or has a negative value. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Understand credits for more information on ArcGIS Online credits.

Solution or Workaround

To clear the warning message, purchase additional credits. Contact Esri Customer Service to purchase additional credits for the account. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Get more credits for more information. View the ArcGIS Online account's remaining credits by navigating to Organization > Overview. For credit use details, click View status.
