When creating a new license file in My Esri, the process fails, returning the following error message:
Error: Some Products Cannot be Licensed Unfortunately, the product(s) listed below cannot be licensed at this time. Recent changes might have impacted the quantity you requested. <Product_License (number_of_licenses)> Please adjust the quantity you requested and try again. Contact us if you have questions or need further assistance.
This error is returned when attempting to utilise recently deauthorized concurrent use licenses, and the number of available licenses in My Esri may be displayed incorrectly.
While deauthorizing a license in ArcGIS License Server Administrator, network connectivity issues may disrupt communication between ArcGIS License Server Administrator and My Esri. This may cause My Esri to display the availability of the licenses incorrectly, and prevent the licenses from being used to create license files.
