Error Message

In some instances, when attempting to submit an ArcGIS Survey123 form for sharing with an organization, the action fails and the following error message is returned:

You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.

Cause

The owner of the user account is not a member of the organization.

Solution or Workaround

To resolve the error, ensure the owner of the user account is a member of the organization. If the issue persists, check the sharing settings of the survey to ensure the member has sufficient permissions to submit a survey. Refer to ArcGIS Survey123: Share your survey for more information.
