Collector on Windows

Description

ArcGIS Collector for Windows will retire on October 1, 2024. ArcGIS Collector on Android and iOS was retired as of December 31, 2021. Esri offers ArcGIS Field Maps as the successor to ArcGIS Collector. To learn more about ArcGIS Field Maps and how to migrate, refer to the ArcGIS Field Maps Migration Guide. Customers unable to migrate due to Amazon App Store availability can email arcgisfieldmaps@esri.com for information and assistance.

Recommendation

Customers must migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps on Android or iOS platforms. Windows Subsystem for Android is retiring on March 5, 2025 and will no longer support ArcGIS Field Maps. For more information, refer to Deprecation: ArcGIS Field Maps on Windows Subsystem for Android Deprecation.
