Collector on Windows Deprecation

Description

ArcGIS Collector on the Windows platform is deprecated. Organizations should migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps, which is available on Windows 11 through the Windows Subsystem for Android. There will be no future development for Collector on Windows.

Customers should migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps on Android, iOS, or Windows 11 Subsystem for Android.
