No. Creating custom topology rules is not supported. If a requirement for a rule that is not part of the current list of topology rules is desired, choose from the options below.

• Contact technical support and log an enhancement request for the rule. Along with a brief description, please provide a real-world example of how the rule would be implemented. See the Related Information section below.

• Reconsider the data model and determine if a change to the model can result in the existing topology rules meeting the requirements. For example, if feature class A and feature class B must not overlap with feature class C, consider combining feature classes A and B into a single feature class with subtypes.
