Spatial views may not display when zooming with ArcSDE 9.2 SP 5

After upgrading to ArcSDE 9.2 Service Pack 5 for Oracle, when zooming into a spatial view created on an SDEBINARY or SDELOB feature class, the data does not draw. This issue only occurs with ArcSDE 9.2 Service Pack 5 for Oracle 9i and 10g when features are stored as type SDEBINARY or SDELOB and when spatial views are part of the workflow. Geodatabase feature classes with geometry stored in Oracle 9i and 10g as type SDO_GEOMETRY or ST_GEOMETRY are not affected. Some users may be able to employ a temporary workaround using definition queries. For additional information, see KnowledgeBase Article 34765 (login required). Last edited May 1, 2008
