When working with the Pages style in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, groups with the appearance not set to 'field-list' or 'table-list' appear differently in the web form compared to the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app and the Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS preview form.

The behavior of the web form is the correct behaviour. A question that does not belong in a group with the 'field-list' appearance is displayed in its own page.Workaround
To get a group to display on every page, the group must be the first nested group for each of the pages. Refer to How To: Create a multiple-page Survey123 for ArcGIS form.
