The data table in ArcGIS Hub does not respect the layer configurations for integer fields for the display of the thousands separator when the 'show thousand separators' check box is unchecked.

This behavior also happens in the Table widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder, and the following article provides a workaround for this issue, which is available at https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-remove-comma-separators-in-arcgis-experience-bui-000029996. Switching an integer field into a text field might be a solution for some cases, but it is not possible to perform calculations with the field, which can be a severe limitation.
