操作方法：在 Windows 11 上安装 ArcGIS Field Maps

ArcGIS Field Maps 可通过适用于 Android 的 Windows 子系统 (WSA) 虚拟化功能在 Windows 11 计算机上运行。 WSA 允许 Windows 11 设备运行 Amazon Appstore 中提供的 Android 应用程序。

Note:
• The Amazon Appstore is not available in every country (list of supported countries).
• Apps available in the Amazon Appstore, including Field Maps, do not have dependencies on Google Play Services.
• Some computer settings may prevent install, and you may need to consult with your IT department.

ArcGIS Field Maps 移动应用程序已添加到 Amazon Appstore 中，旨在支持使用 Windows 11 的 ArcGIS Field Maps 客户。 本文介绍了如何在 Windows 11 设备上安装 ArcGIS Field Maps 移动应用程序。

要求

系统要求：

• 具有 8 GB 内存（建议 16 GB）的 PC 或平板电脑
• Windows 11 操作系统版本：Win 11 22H2
• 建议使用固态硬盘 (SSD)

系统要求也可以在 Microsoft 支持网站上找到：在 Windows 上安装移动应用和 Amazon Appstore。

用户要求：

• Microsoft Store 账户
• Amazon Appstore 账户

过程

1. 在运行 Windows 11 的设备上启动 Microsoft Store。
2. 使用您的 Microsoft Store 账户登录。
3. 在搜索栏中，搜索“amazon appstore”，如下图所示。

4. 单击安装，安装 Amazon Appstore。

Note:
If Install is disabled, ensure you have Virtual Machine Platform enabled. See step 3 of Enable virtualization on Windows 11 PCs to learn how to enable this setting.

Amazon Appstore 安装完成后，会出现一个提示框。

5. 单击下载，如果出现提示，请单击确定。
6. 单击打开 Amazon Appstore。
7. 使用您的 Amazon 账户登录，如果没有账户，请注册一个。
8. 在搜索栏中，搜索“ArcGIS Field Maps”。

ArcGIS Field Maps 移动应用程序将显示在搜索结果中，如下图所示。

9. 单击安装，然后单击下载。

应用程序安装完成后，ArcGIS Field Maps 会被添加到“开始”菜单中。

10. 启动 ArcGIS Field Maps。

将显示 ArcGIS Field Maps 启动页面，如下所示，您可以在其中登录 ArcGIS 账户并开始使用该应用程序。
