描述

登录 Portal for ArcGIS 时返回以下错误：

Error:
The number of user types assigned exceeds the number of user types available. Go to the Licenses tab for more details.

原因

• 现有用户类型的许可已过期。 用户类型的到期日期可在 Portal Administrator Directory License 页面中找到。

• 组织正在使用新的许可，该许可不再包含先前分配给门户成员的用户类型。

解决方案或解决方法

在门户中导入新的门户许可文件

1. 在组织的 My Esri 中创建一个包含有效且未过期用户类型的新的门户许可文件。 有关进一步说明，请参阅 ArcGIS Enterprise：获取门户许可文件。

Note: 
If the organization utilizes ArcGIS Pro, configure the ArcGIS Pro named user license to log in to ArcGIS Pro with the new license. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Configure ArcGIS Pro licenses for your organization for further instructions.
