The user you requested cannot be found. The user may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL.

原因

门户索引已损坏，导致用户的索引计数与存储索引计数不匹配。

解决方案或解决方法

Warning: 
Esri recommends performing the reindex operation during system maintenance or downtime, as the operation takes some time to finish. During this time, portal content and search operations are unavailable and the index service may not respond correctly to index queries.

1. 通过以下 URL 以管理员身份导航到 Portal Administrator Directory：

https://<machine>.<domain>.com/webadaptor/portaladmin

2. 导航至系统 > 索引器 > 索引状态。
3. 如果存储中的计数值与用户的索引中的计数值不匹配，请导航至系统 > 索引器 > 重新构建索引。
4. 对于模式，从下拉列表中选择用户。
5. 对于格式，从下拉列表中选择响应格式。
6. 单击重建索引。
