错误：Portal for ArcGIS：java.lang.Exception 无法连接到用户存储

描述

在 Portal for ArcGIS 中，与组织和成员设置相关的某些页面将无限期加载且无法访问。 在其他情况下，将 Portal for ArcGIS 与 Active Directory 账户集成会失败。 Portal for ArcGIS 日志返回以下错误：

Error:
com.esri.arcgis.portal.admin.core.PortalException: java.lang.Exception: Could not connect to the user store. Please check the configuration and try again.

原因

Active Directory 用户或用户密码参数值在门户的身份存储中配置不正确。 如果组织的 Active Directory 账户密码已过期或已更改，则用户密码参数值可能配置不正确。

解决方案或解决方法

1. 使用以下 URL 格式以管理员身份登录到门户管理员目录：

https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname/portaladmin

2. 单击安全 > 配置 > 更新身份存储。
3. 在 用户存储配置（JSON 格式） 文本框中，更新用户或用户密码参数的正确值。

Note: 
If the Active Directory account password has expired, ensure the password is renewed in the respective Active Directory account before updating the userPassword parameter value in the portal's identity store.

4. 单击更新配置。
