描述

2024 年 1 月 18 日左右，Esri 支持服务中心开始收到有关 ArcMap 在启动时崩溃的报告，尽管该应用程序并未进行过更新。

原因

该问题的原因似乎是 RTX 和 Quadro 系列中多款 GPU 型号的某些 NVIDIA GPU 驱动程序存在问题。

建议用户将 NVIDIA 驱动程序升级至 R550 U1/551.23。 由此应该可以解决崩溃问题。 如果安装此驱动程序后崩溃问题仍然存在，请联系 Esri 支持服务中心和 NVIDIA 以报告该问题。

如果崩溃问题仍然存在，您可以尝试另一种方法：禁用硬件加速。 此选项在应用程序安装后首次打开时显示，通常在应用程序中处于禁用状态。由于此问题会导致软件启动时崩溃，因此您可以通过以下步骤在注册表中禁用此设置：

1. 在 Windows 注册表编辑器中，导航至：

HKEY_Current_User\Software\Esri\Desktop10.8\Display

2. 删除 DWORD 属性“EnableHardwareAcceleratedBlending”的值。
