Provide the ability to dock popups by default in the ArcGIS Experience Builder Map widget.

As a workaround to not being able to dock popups by default, you can disable popups in the Map widget and then place the Feature Info widget in the desired dock location, connecting the Feature Info widget to the relevant web map layer and filtering it based on selections in the Map widget using actions.
