This enhancement was addressed in ArcGIS Mission 11.1. The enhancement included ways to have consistency for username and password requirements such that: Usernames can be any alphanumeric/number and dot allowed (6 Characters minimum) and Passwords: any alphanumeric/number/punctuation allowed (8 characters minimum).重现步骤
