Workaround
Choose one of the following workarounds:- By default, the Google Play store downloads the 64-bit version of the field app. Downloading the 32-bit version of the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app works. The 32-bit version of the field app can be downloaded from the Survey123 for ArcGIS documentation: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/survey123/resources
- Update the device to Android 6.
