Exporting a CSV file from the Select widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) returns date in epoch time instead of UTC time.

Workaround

1. Open the attribute table, and click Options. 2. Select the 'Export to CSV' option. 3. The Date field in the resulting CSV file is readable. Sample attached.
