On the Create Map resource for ArcGIS for Local Government Photo Survey App template, copying and pasting the needed text to the Access Use and Constraints section of the web map alters formatting and results in the app returning the message: 'There are no surveys available at this time; thank you for your participation.'

Additional Information

The Photo Survey application documentation will be updated for the January release to address and copy/paste issues with the code snipped supplied for Access and use constraints.
