Most tools for spatial analysis result in a 999999 error because a period is added to the default output name when the input raster is added from a database-authenticated geodatabase with a name of three characters or less.

Workaround

- Use an input raster dataset from a geodatabase with an OS authentication connection.Or- Use an input raster dataset from a geodatabase that has a name of more than three characters.
