Zooming by changing the envelope of the the GeoView.SetViewpoint method or SetViewpointAysnc changes AutoPanMode to off where scrolling does not.

This is the intended behavior when AutoPanMode is any value other than Off (i.e. Recenter, Navigation, or CompassNavigation). In these modes, a scroll operation to zoom in/out is not considered the same as a pan operation, where the intention is to change the center of the view.重现步骤
