Map Viewer zooms to the extent returned from the service, and in this case, it would reflect the extent set up for the hosted feature layer when it is created. This would not be managed through the item page extent settings, as it does not update the service level extent on the hosted feature layer.解决办法
Create an experience builder app and use the Select widget with zoom action.
