When working with a layer containing multiple subtypes (each configured with a domain list), the domain list of the first selected subtype is retained in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, regardless of what subtype is chosen afterward.

Refresh the browser page between adding new features with different subtypes to reset which domain is applied to the subtype. Alternatively, open another pane (for example, Fields or Analysis) and return to the Edit pane to reset the domains. If editing pre-existing features, the issue does not persist when editing within the pop-up.
