漏洞
When viewing a Web Map Service (WMS) layer in an ArcGIS Online application template, the 'Name' in the capabilities appears as the layer name, not the 'Title'.

At the current release, this is no longer an issue. The templates showing the layer lists (Basic Viewer, PIM etc) now match the values displayed in the web map layer list.解决办法
