When using the Xvfb-1.17.4-9.0.1 package on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.7, ArcGIS for Server fails to create the site.

解决办法
1. Downgrade the Xvfb package from xorg-x11-server-Xvfb-1.17.4-9.0.1.el6.x86_64 to xorg-x11-server-Xvfb-1.15.0-36.0.1.el6.x86_64 to resolve the issue. To downgrade the package type: a. yum downgrade Xvfb. b. Follow the instructions, and downgrade the Xvfb package after getting prompted about the Xvfb version installed and what version it will be downgraded to. 2. Restart the ArcGIS for Server service.重现步骤
