Single Choice Grid question created in Web Designer is not supported in Survey123 Connect and field app. This is a known limitation and is documented for Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.5 release. Note that Single Choice Grid question type and Grid-theme (table-list) have different features and functionality.解决办法
Use the Single Choice Grid question in Survey123 for ArcGIS but do not use multiple languages.
