When using the INCLUDEALL in the options file to set INTERNET addresses for multiple IP addresses, none of the address are allowed access to borrow the features.

According to Flexera (FNP) publisher, INCLUDEALL does not control or apply to borrow actions. Only feature checkout is controlled by this statement.解决办法
User may set the options file using the individual features.
