When using the Dart theme in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, the option to view the attribute table in the Layer List widget is missing even when checking the 'View in Attribute Table' option while configuring the widget.

When using the Dart theme, the Attribute Table widget is invisible by default. Hence, the 'View Attribute Table' option is not available in the Layer List widget. When configuring the app, turn on the attribute table and the option is available in the Layer List widget.重现步骤
