When using the Create Relationship Class tool, the feature class in the map does not create a usable relationship class in the current project with data stored in an enterprise geodatabase.

解决办法
Other than closing the map, another viable option is to delete the reader-user-connection and recreate it. All settings are available when the feature class is reloaded.
