When using the Create Locator tool in ArcGIS Pro, 'alias name' cannot be updated to a new value if an existing alias name is identical to 'field Name' within the 'field mapping' parameter.

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7 beta 3.解决办法
- Change the field name in the feature class so it does not match the create locator schema.
- Run the Create Locator tool in Python (arcpy.geocoding.CreateLocator).
