漏洞
When using the ArcGIS API for Python's local 'arcgis' 1.5.0 package in a Jupyter Notebook environment to display a web map with a points feature layer, the points do not draw if they are symbolized with the ArcGIS Online symbolization in the 2D view of the map in Google Chrome.

This issue is not reproducible.解决办法
- Use the ' https://notebooks.esri.com/ ' environment. The issue does not occur in this environment.
- Use version 1.4.1 of the 'arcgis' package.
- Use Mozilla Firefox to display the map.
