When using Map Viewer with HTTP/2 enabled on Internet Information Services (IIS) in a Chrome or Edge browser, a burst of concurrent requests, such as rapid panning and zooming of the map, can cause features to disappear and return the "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" error message in the developer tools’ console tab.

A related defect, BUG-000177402, is resolved with the ArcGIS Web Adaptor (IIS) Stability Patch. Please refer to https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-web-adaptor-iis-stability-patch for more information.
解决办法
Use a feature service URL referencing the port 6443 instead of the web adaptor.
Disable HTTP/2 on the Internet Information Services (IIS) website hosting the ArcGIS GIS Server web adaptor.
Use Firefox as the browser, or disable HTTP/2 on Chrome or Edge, but this requires everyone in the organization to be using the same browser or settings.
