When using Internet Explorer, the Info Summary widget configured with the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Dashboard theme does not display the pop-up windows associated with the web map layers.

The issue is not reproducible in Portal 10.7 or later versions.解决办法
- In Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, use other than the Dashboard theme.
- Upgrade to Portal 10.7 or later to resolve the issue.
