解决办法
- This is a known situation when displaying the raster tiles inside Globe (which is in the Cube projection). The display exactly matches how ArcMap displays the labels in the same projection, which results in rotated text in different parts of the polar region (ie: above the 45 degree mark). See the two new screenshots in the 'Test Data' location for a visual explanation.- The workaround is to serve annotation text as a vector / billboarded service, so the text always faces trowards the 3D camera in Globe / Explorer.
