When using custom widgets with i18n support in Portal for ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, an error "404" is returned in the console for nls/strings.

By design, the nls files are supposed to be imported by the framework, not the widgets. Widgets can access nls strings through this.nls and pass nls objects to other dijits if needed.重现步骤
