漏洞
When using both the dynamicLayers and spatialFilter parameters when exporting a map service, the dynamicLayers parameter takes precedence and the spatialFilter parameter is ignored.

The issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.解决办法
Add the 'clipping' parameter instead of the 'spatialFilter' parameter. However, there are differences between the results of these two parameters.
