漏洞
When using ArcGIS StoryMaps, the labels and legends of the added web map appear when the layers are invisible.

This issue is fixed in Nov 2020 update, and not reproducible.解决办法
1) For each slide, the same feature layers but different web maps are able to be used.
2) The issue is tested following the different workflow but the issue is not reproducible.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click Create > StoryMaps.
- Click Add content block > Sidecar > Docked panel.
- Add slides from the sidecar by clicking New slide > Add content block > Map.
