When using ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to load or view a non-registered table inside an enterprise geodatabase, an error message, "Failed to Open Table" is returned.
This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and ArcGIS Pro 2.9 Patch 4 (2.9.4). Update to the current version of ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 or install Patch 4 from My Esri for ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to resolve this issue.
