漏洞
When using a text field in the ArcGIS Survery123 survey that stores the uploaded attachment names with a calculation, the names are not stored in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app inbox when trying to re-edit the same survey after it is submitted.

解决办法
On the Data tab on the ArcGIS Survey123 website, click the record and the 'Edit this record' button. The uploaded attachment names are displayed there.
