When upgrading ArcGIS Monitor, if the software is installed in a non-default location, the installer does not update the framework files in the custom location.

解决办法

1. Delete or rename the existing /opt/ArcGIS/arcgis/monitor folder. 
2. Copy the /usr/lib/arcgis/monitor folder to /opt/ArcGIS/arcgis.
3. Restart ArcGIS Monitor.
4. The software no longer shows as authorized, and the logs show the error: "Software authorization failed. Features will be disabled". The /home/<username>/.ESRI.properties.<machine name>.11.0 file still displays as version 2023.2.

Manually edited this file to show version 2023.3 and restart ArcGIS Monitor. After doing this, the software is now displayed as licensed:
