漏洞
When updating Coded Value Domains on a field of a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Enterprise through a Notebook and subsequently updating the same domain manually through the portal, the domain name gets an appended suffix.

This behavior is by design and will not cause any issues with adding or deleting the domain values from the list. The name of the domain is internal to the Enterprise Hosted feature service.解决办法
There is no issue with the domain. If users wish to delete the domain, use the REST Admin API: update the definition and set the domain to null.
