This problem is does not occur in the new version ("v2.0") of Open Data sites. We encourage Open Data administrators up upgrade to the new version, when is available, this week or next week.

解决办法

When performing a search within the map in ArcGIS Open Data, do not include the 180th meridian in the map view. To do so, move the default extent of the ArcGIS Open Data site so when the website is first opened, the 180th meridian is not shown.
