When the caption of an image in a Story Map Tour application contains the <a href> HTML tag, clicking through the thumbnails in Builder Mode triggers a message that there are unsaved edits even though no edits are made.

Thanks for reporting this. We are working on a new app that will serve as the replacement for Story Map Tour, so meanwhile we don't plan on doing a lot of maintenance on Map Tour. This issue doesn't prevent map tour creation and seems intermittent, so we are not planning to address it.解决办法
