When the basemap gallery group is configured with a shared update group, administrators are unable to use the 'Share vector basemaps' or 'Share raster basemaps' buttons.

解决办法

Create a new group without the item update capability enabled. To facilitate the item update capability, the content can be shared with the second group for the second time with the item enabled.
