When starting the workflow Start step in ArcGIS Pro and text is entered in the user prompt field, it fails to complete the job.

解决办法

* To complete the step, click Pause and then click the green tick icon.

This occurs if no text has been typed for the Step Help parameter under Options for the Start step. When entering a text and clicking Save and Activate, the step won't hang on 'Running...' when the step is executed in ArcGIS Pro.

If all the text under the Step Help parameter is subsequently deleted and saved and activated, the problem does not return.

This is done in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 (installed using ArcGIS Enterprise Builder), and ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server 11.0, and ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3.T.
