漏洞
When signing in to Survey123 Connect desktop version 3.0, the sign in option is grayed out. Also, when attempting to publish a survey, Survey123 for ArcGIS returns the 498 error message.

This issue is non-reproducible.解决办法
- Close Survey123 Connect.
- Go to Windows Credential Manager.
- Delete all Survey123 for ArcGIS entries.
