When sharing a geoprocessing result which contains a map with a raster layer, as a web tool to Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Enterprise, the resulting web tool does not have tasks or tools. The map service is successfully published with no warnings or error messages after selecting 'Analyze.'
