When setting a filter in a standalone table in a Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 web map and creating an Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS dashboard, the filter for the table is not honored.

This is a known issue in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 and is fixed in the subsequent releases of ArcGIS Online and with Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.解决办法
